Kael Draven physical collector figure

The Drakoria Workshop

From digital sculpture to physical presence.

Figures at 30-100 cm scale are produced through large-format 3D printing, metal supports, durable resin/ABS parts and hand-finished surfaces.

Production Flow

Every stage is planned for physical strength and character integrity.

  1. 01

    Concept Design

Narrative, posture, center of gravity and a silhouette readable from a distance are defined together.

  2. 02

    Digital Sculpture

Anatomy, armor layers and surface textures are modeled deeply enough to survive large-format production.

  3. 03

    Segmentation and Prototype

The model is divided according to print volume, assembly direction and structural metal connection points.

  4. 04

    Large-Format Printing

Resin and ABS parts are printed under controlled settings; load-bearing areas receive metal pins and armatures.

  5. 05

    Assembly and Surface

Seams are worked, primer is applied, and mineral, metal and fabric surfaces receive separate paint layers.

  6. 06

    Inspection and Packaging

Balance, joints, surfaces and dimensions are inspected before the figure enters its fitted protective bed.

Material System

Not one material, but a structure chosen by function.

01

Metal Armature

Provides structural strength for broad wings, weapons and elongated bodies.

02

Engineering Resin

Delivers high detail resolution across faces, armor and fine textures.

03

ABS Parts

Adds durability to broad structural surfaces exposed to impact.

04

Hand Painting

Metallic, mineral and weathering layers are applied according to each narrative.

Physical Scale

Figures that occupy a room rather than disappear on a desk.

Products in the collection reach 68-100 cm in height. Height, width, depth and weight are listed separately on each product page.View Technical Details
