Figures are prepared with model-specific detachable parts, surface protection and an impact-resistant outer carton. Estimated preparation and transit time is shared with the order status according to stock, production and destination.
Inspection on delivery
Inspect the outer carton for crushing, punctures, moisture or opening at delivery. Record visible damage with the carrier and retain photographs of the box, label and product.
Damaged or incomplete delivery
Report damage or missing parts as soon as possible with the order reference, package photos and a description. After review, Drakoria may offer a part, repair, replacement or another applicable remedy.
Return process
Request a return with the order reference before sending anything back. The product, parts and accessories must be secured in protective packaging. Loss in value caused by use, incorrect assembly or insufficient repacking may be assessed.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Mandatory cancellation and defective-goods rights in the customer’s country remain in force. Lawful exceptions may apply to made-to-order or clearly customized products and will be disclosed before ordering.
