Information is used to create the order notice, contact the customer, plan delivery, match a payment record to the order, provide support and meet legal obligations.
Telegram notification flow
When the form is submitted, the order summary, shipping details and TxID are sent through the Telegram Bot API to a Telegram group restricted to the order operations team. This transfer is used to process the order.
Retention and security
The site does not use a customer database. However, the order notice may remain in the Telegram group and operational records for as long as necessary for order, delivery and legal obligations. Access should be limited to authorized team members.
Sharing
Name, address and contact details required for delivery may be shared with a carrier or logistics provider. Data is not sold for marketing. It may be disclosed to authorities when legally required.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Requests may be submitted through Drakoria’s active communication channel together with the order reference.
