Standing 94 cm tall, Dhoran Kest is built from a heavy steel armature, impact-resistant mineral resin, ABS armor plates and real metal chain. A metal tube runs through the square-headed hammer, while the wide prison-gate base distributes the figure’s 18.6 kg weight.

The Black Quarry

Dhoran grew up in the Black Quarry on Eryndor’s southern frontier, child of a debtor family. Workers raised both palace walls and their own cells from the same stone. His first hammer was not a weapon but a short work tool striking the same wedge a hundred times each day.

The Unbroken Link

The guards replaced prisoner chains every shift. Dhoran noticed one newly forged black link never wore down. It was made from old dragon metal beneath the quarry. Breaking it required not greater strength, but one strike timed to the natural vibration of the stone wall.

The Gate Opened Within

On the night of revolt, Dhoran struck the hinge stone instead of the guards. The impact traveled through the wall and loosened every cell bolt. Once the workers were outside, he set down the hammer; he would not let them choose another master. He wrapped half the broken chain around his wrist.

The Crownless Warrior

Many commanders tried to recruit Dhoran during the war. He went only to towns whose gates had to be opened from within. He accepted no banner, rank or land. When people called him Chainbreaker, he said it was unfinished work rather than a title. Every gate concealed another kind of chain.

The Mountain Seal

Elyra’s map shows the service tunnels beneath the Ashen Peaks sealed by the mountain’s own weight. One correct blow will open the passage; a misplaced strike will collapse it. When the black link on Dhoran’s wrist begins to vibrate, he understands that its ancient metal came from the same mountain.
