Aelthra

The Ashwing Oracle

An ancient oracle carrying the cold script of the ash monasteries across her wings, reading the future in what fire leaves behind.

Standing 86 cm tall, Aelthra is a physical collector figure built from an internal metal armature, engineering resin and feather-textured ABS wing plates. Cold-blue chest script uses translucent inserts, while ivory horns and silver armor edges receive layered hand weathering.

The Drakoria Chronicles

The Future Written in Ash

01

The Ash Monastery

Aelthra was raised in the Ash Monastery, a chain of windless stone cells on Eryndor’s highest pass. Its keepers did not worship flame; they studied the shape left after it died. Night after night she watched cooling hearths and learned to read famine, opening roads and possibilities that would vanish before birth. The first silver feathers appeared across her wings during those silent vigils.

02

The Blue Script

When the War of the Hollow Crown began, every hearth in the monastery left blue ash on the same night. Aelthra understood that it marked not one disaster but a chain of connected fractures. Luminous writing appeared across her chest, adding a line each day while refusing to complete its final sentence. The keepers tried to hide it. Aelthra saw that a concealed prophecy was becoming more likely and opened the monastery gates.

03

The Price of Prophecy

Whenever Aelthra speaks a possibility aloud, one ash feather turns to stone. She therefore reveals only what the world can survive hearing. She read Eryndor’s fall months before it happened, but also saw that a royal warning would begin the war sooner. She chose silence and carries that choice in the fractures of her horns. Her gift is not certainty; it is deciding which truth will cause the smaller wound.

04

The Missing Sky

After Eryndor fell, the northern sky vanished from every map of ash. It showed no storm, star or dragon trail. Aelthra interpreted the blank not as death, but as something waiting with enough force to hide its own future. She remained at the monastery for a century, counting the feathers in each winter and watching a single red line grow along the edge of the absence.

05

Flight North

When the Last Flame pulsed again, the monastery’s ash rose from the floor and circled Aelthra. The unfinished sentence finally closed: guardian, knight and stone memory would reach the same gate. She flew north not to guide them, but to close the possibilities waiting beyond what they would open. Some futures should not be discovered; they should be understood and deliberately left behind.
