Standing 76 cm tall, Selene Arctis combines a metal support, resin body, ABS garment layers and translucent frosted acrylic. A steel rod reinforces the survey spear, separate metal rings support the astrolabe, and navy textile and brushed-silver finishes are completed by hand.

The Eastern Observatory

As an apprentice, Selene measured the expansion of the dome instead of memorizing star names. She proved that small temperature changes displaced the lenses. Her teachers offered prophecy; Selene argued that the future was not one image but a sequence of possibilities, each leaving a different temperature behind.

Frostglass

A clear northern mineral held the heat of events that had not happened. Selene set it between silver rings and made the first frostglass astrolabe. Fine lines formed as a decision approached. Once the choice was made, every line but one disappeared.

The Missing Stars

In the final war year, three stars vanished from every instrument while remaining visible in the sky. Their light was bending around an unseen mass in the north. That night Zephyron landed on the observatory rod and the electrical veins in his wings turned pale violet for the first time.

The Silent Crossing

During evacuation Selene could not carry the full archive. She engraved the key measurements into her astrolabe and opened a route through frozen passes with the survey spear. The frostglass absorbed surrounding heat and froze the snow behind the group, leaving no tracks. The observatory’s final records survived.

The Northern Measure

Selene’s calculation places the unseen body not in the sky but beneath the Ashen Peaks. As the Last Flame bends time, starlight is pulled into the mountain. She will combine her readings with Elyra’s map and Zephyron’s storm axis. If all three agree, only one night remains before Drakoria’s horizon freezes.
